Alila is a Seawind 1160 catamaran — one of the most spacious and comfortable charter boats on Sydney Harbour. At 11.6 metres (38ft), she offers the stability and room that only a catamaran can provide, with expansive deck spaces both inside and out.

The large cockpit flows seamlessly into the covered saloon, creating a huge indoor-outdoor entertaining space. The trampoline nets forward are perfect for sunbaking or taking in the harbour views, while the upstairs helm station offers panoramic 360-degree views of Sydney Harbour.
Fully equipped with a galley, bathroom, and overnight accommodation, Alila is equally suited to day charters, sunset cruises, and overnight stays.

How many guests can Alila hold?
Alila can accommodate up to 30 guests for day charters. For overnight stays, she sleeps 6 in 3 cabins with 1 bathroom.
Can we bring our own drinks and food?
Yes — Alila is fully BYO. Bring your own drinks and we provide esky space, ice, and glassware. Catering can also be arranged — see our catering options page.
What is the minimum hire time?
A 3-hour minimum applies to all charters. Most groups book 4-5 hours to make the most of the day.
Where do we depart from?
The standard departure point is Rose Bay. We can arrange alternative pick-up and drop-off locations around Sydney Harbour by request.
Is there a sound system on board?
Yes — Alila has a Bluetooth sound system. Connect your phone and play your own playlist. We recommend downloading music beforehand in case of signal issues.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Sydney Harbour is sheltered and Alila is a stable catamaran, so we can operate in most conditions. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
Are crew included in the price?
Yes — a professional skipper is included with every charter. A host is also included for groups over 20 guests.
What are the peak and off-peak rates?
Off-peak (weekday) rate is $450/hour. Peak (weekend) rate is $575/hour. A 3-hour minimum applies. Public holiday surcharges apply — see the Rates tab for details.
Can we sleep overnight on Alila?
Yes — Alila has 3 cabins and can sleep up to 6 guests overnight. She is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi for overnight comfort. Overnight charters are priced on request.
Can we swim during the charter?
Yes, the skipper can anchor at a sheltered bay for a swim stop. Alila also has air conditioning and WiFi on board for your comfort throughout the charter.
