Grazing Board $15pp
Truffle Salami, Prociutto, soft and hard Cheeses with crackers and grapes, French cornichons and Stuffed Olives
$20pp : The simple Aussie barbie with beef and chicken sausages, fresh rolls, coleslaw and a selection of sauces.
$30pp : Peters Gourmet sausages, Teriyaki chicken kebabs, potato salad, bean and avocado salad, fresh rolls and a selection of sauces.
$50pp : Whole Roasted and grain fed Australian Eye Fillet steak, Lamb Chops, Green bean and avocado salad, Moroccan couscous salad, fresh rolls and a selection of sauces.
$40pp : Cooked Whole tiger prawns with Lemon and Mayonaise.
Seared Deep Sea Scallops with cauliflower and truffle puree. Avocado and green bean salad with toasted pine nuts. Served with fresh rolls.
Oysters and other selections of Nicholas Seafood’s at the Sydney Fish Markets are available upon request, please allow a 5 day window for purchasing and delivery.
All catering will be onboard and packed away safely before you arrive at your wharf, all you need to remember is ice for the eski.
